Smarter Equipment for smart operations.

Construction heating is a requirement that needs to be managed. System design and heater selection are key areas where efficiency and performance gains can be found.

THE POWER OF BACKWARDS INCLINED FANSNCLINED INCLINED INCLINED

The characteristics of high efficiency and low noise in a high static pressure blowers are well known - and have been used in the industrial and HVAC industry for years.

Less power input to create air flow - means less power demand on temporary systems.

Lower noise levels mean quiet, high performance operation.

IT'S ABOUT OPERATING EFFICIENTLY

Smarter Equipment for smart operations.

Heating systems should be designed for the application, efficiency heating.  Make no mistake, heat and IAQ practices carry a significant cost for a significant benefit.

Temporary system design needs to take a careful look at optimizing efficiency during a project.

Air can be warmed in a variety of ways — with a hydronic heating coil, by electric resistance coils, by an air-to-air heat pump, or by a furnace that burns natural gas, propane, or diesel.   This versatility, along with lower installation costs, makes warm-air furnaces the most common type of heating system in North America.

The permanent industry takes great care to build the highest efficiency furnaces possible.

A key factor to efficiency in any permanent install is to pull return air reheating return air can increase the design efficiency from 30-50%

We build with the same philosophy - lets burn less fuel, and design superior heating and IAQ systems for temporary applications.

(1) 400,000 BTU Heater can draw up to 11.1 litres per hour.

PULL RETURN AIR - REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, SAVE MONEY

Fast Setup:

  • Backwards inclined fan can pull up to 120ft of duct work

  • Fork pockets and lifting bail for easy transportation

High Performance:

  • Propane, NG or Diesel

  • Beckett and Riello Burners

  • High static pressure stimulates air movement within the structure

Best System Design:

  • Return air drastically increasing system design

Options for the real world:

  • Fuel quick couplers to tie units into larget tanks

  • Foam filled tires to reduce tire maintenance
