QUOTE TERMS

Terms & Conditions to Quote

Until this quote ("Quote") is signed and returned to Cavalier Industries Ltd. ("Cavalier"), this Quote is not a contract between Cavalier and the customer to whom this quote is issued ("Customer"). This Quote is Cavalier's best estimate of the price to provide the equipment ("Equipment") and/or services ("Services") requested. Neither equipment nor materials will be ordered until a signed copy of this Quote is received by Cavalier. Prices in this Quote may be subject to change without notice and the amount owing by the Customer upon the delivery of the Equipment and/or completion of the Services shall be the amount set forth in the invoice delivered by Cavalier to Customer.

Freight & Associated Costs

Except as otherwise agreed to in writing, Cavalier will not be responsible for any charges, fees or costs in any way associated with freight, transportation, logistics, brokerage fees, insurance, storage, damage, taxes, disposal fees, customs duties or levies, import / export or other transaction taxes, or similar charges. The Customer is solely responsible for all of the foregoing, howsoever incurred.

The Quote may be affected by, amongst other things, the actual shipping address or changes to same, regional fees, carrier rates at the time of shipment, multiple drop-off locations, and/or shipping to or through disaster impacted areas where carrier surcharges are incurred. If prices change or additional parts and labour are required, Cavalier will inform the Customer as soon as is practicably possible. Any additions or alterations at the Customer's request that are not covered by this Quote will need to be accompanied by a written change order.

Quote Validity & Withdrawal

This Quote is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. This Quote may be withdrawn without notice at any time before acceptance. Cavalier reserves the right to cancel quotes with incorrect pricing due to errors, omissions, or items beyond Cavalier's control.

Installation and delivery date of Equipment and Services is subject to material and schedule availability. All terms and conditions as stated on the Cavalier website apply.

Confidentiality

Customer agrees that all pricing, discounts and technical information provided by Cavalier are confidential and proprietary information of Cavalier. Customer agrees to (i) keep such information confidential and not disclose such information to any third party, and (ii) use such information solely for the Customer's internal purposes and in connection with the Equipment and Services to be supplied hereunder after acceptance of this Quote.

Acceptance

By signing and returning this Quote, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions above in full.
